Step 1: Unzip the center zipper of the side of the bag. This will separate the bags to 2 panniers

Step 2: Hook bag onto bike rack by hooking each hook to the bar on the rear rack, wrap the velcro on the bottom inside of the bag onto the bike bars for stability

Step 3: Unhook each strap from the bottom hook and tuck the straps into the outer pocket
